We recently completed a beautiful renovation with AJA Projects.
The renovation included installation of a mobility access lift and shaft, demolishing and relocating a wooden staircase to allow for the lift with custom joinery built in underneath, installing a full height pivot door set as entrance doors and new timber flooring.
We found both Warren and Adam very competent, obliging and easy to work with. They were always on site and always answered our inquiries promptly and politely.
We would have no hesitation in recommending them.
When our ensuite bathroom’s waterproof membrane failed, we turned to Warren and Adam of AJA Projects to quickly turn the new bathroom around.
Adam coordinated all the relevant trades efficiently, was on site frequently to oversee each trade’s work, and was an effective, transparent communicator.

My apartment, located in Darling Point, was in the original condition when I purchased it at the end of 2017. It required a complete makeover. After meeting a number of builders, in consultation with my architects, Brad Swartz and Associates, we selected AJA Projects basing our decision on Warren’s confidence to deliver and his competitive price.
It took approximately 6 months to transform my apartment into a contemporary and stylish space. Warren worked very closely with the architects and was accommodating of changes that needed to be made during the course of the renovation. He came up with creative solutions when we hit snags and most importantly the workmanship is excellent.
Adam Ossher, who is Warren’s foreman, deserves a mention. Adam is hands-on and did a brilliant job coordinating the various tradespeople and staying on top of the process, always keeping me informed.

I have worked with Warren Rosen over the past 6 years on a number of projects in which he was the Project manager. These projects have ranged from alterations and additions to new homes. The most recent project was a new 550-sq/m concrete and double brick construction starting with the demolition of an existing house, extensive rock excavation and piering to the completion and handover of the project.
In all the projects I have worked on with Warren, he performed his duties as a competent and experienced builder achieving a high quality of construction to the satisfaction of all the consultants and the client. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the project and was able to plan, co-ordinate and manage the activities of the different sub contractors effectively. His attention to detail along with his strong organisational and people skills enabled him to complete the project in the allotted time and within budget.
